Returns and Exchange Details
We gladly accept returns and/or exchanges, except sales items.
If you are returning a product, you must provide a tracking number.
Contact us within 10 days of delivery to return or exchange your jewelry. Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate any returns or exchanges after the allotted 10 days.
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept order cancellations.
Every item is reviewed in depth before shipping. If the earrings are damaged in the shipping process, please send us an email and include a photo of the damage.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including exchanges and/or returns. The processing and shipping times may vary depending on your location.
We will inform you once we have received the returned item. The items will then be inspected to evaluate the validity of the claim.
